1) Search in your RSS feed for (Popular Government Questions from USA.gov - Microsoft/ http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=129793)

* There might be more than one of these USA.gov RSS feed that may need to be deleted as well*

This is the link of the error http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=129793


2) Right click on the RSS Feed link in the description and delete it; "Popular Government Questions from USA.gov - Microsoft"

3) Press F9 to ReSync Outlook and confirm that error is resolved!
